Thank you for your letters dated October 29, 2015, (ML15306A519 1) and October 30, 2015, (ML15306A497) in response to our October 1, 2015, letter and Notices of Violation as documented in U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection report 05000293/2015010 (ML15273A456). We will review your reply and the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations
