Dear Sir or Madam:
On January 20, 2010, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued a White finding to Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (END) (Reference
- 1) and an associated violation for the failure to maintain the Region I spent fuel pool storage racks with a Keff s 0.95 when fully flooded with unborated water. In Reference 1 the NRC also requested that END provide notification of readiness for a 95-001 supplemental inspection.
This letter provides notification that END is prepared for that inspection.
Summary of Commitments This letter identifies no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
