GUNTER ET AL. 2.206 PETITION REQUESTING ENFORCEMENT ACTION AGAINST JAMES A. FITZPATRICK PLANT Ms. Azulay, It has been almost 60 days since we have last been in contact and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Management Directive (MD) 8.11, which governs the 10 CFR 2.206 Petitions, requires that the Petition Manager contact the petitioner(s), every 60 days regarding the status of the Petition. I want to check-in to ensure that you received a copy of the meeting summary of the June 29, 2015, meeting where the petitioners addressed the PRB. In addition, I want to ensure that you received a copy of the instructions on how to request the audio recording from the 6/29/15 meeting. You were listed on the CC list for both the meeting summary, and instructions to request the audio.
The PRB is currently reviewing the information provided during the 6/29/15 meeting in order to make a final recommendation on the petition.
