TRANSCRIPT FOR 10 CFR 2.206 PETITION FROM C-10 RESEARCH & EDUCATION FOUNDATION REGARDING SEABROOK STATION, UNIT 1 (CAC NO. MF7238)

The purpose of this memorandum is to provide, and make available to the public, a transcript associated with the petition submitted by C-10 Research & Education Foundation regarding the Seabrook Station, Unit 1. The petition was submitted pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 2.206. The enclosure contains the transcript from the petitioner's first opportunity to address the Petition Review Board, which occurred on February 16, 2016. The transcript has been corrected based on review by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff. Areas where corrections were made to the original transcript are marked in square brackets. The original transcript is contained in Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML16055A394.
