We have reviewed the report of the subject inspection
conducted
by Mr. L. Norrholm of your office on October 12 through November 15, 1980. Our response to the infraction
identified.

on October 12 through November 15, .1980, .it appears that one of your activities
was not conducted
in full compliance
with the condition
of your NRC Facility License No. DPR-70, as indicated
below. This item is categorized
as an Infraction.

instances
of unlocked access doors into
radiation
areas were identified.

Building Drain .Tank and the Residual Heat Removal components
are located. Radiation
levels in * the area around the drain tank exceeded 1000 mrem/hr as confirmed
by.the most recent.survey

55' access door was parently left open due to a positive ventilation
flow and a weak door.closure
device which the last person to.exit.the
area was not aware of. 2. The door was immediately
closed. 3. A new door closing device is being ordered which should prevent the recurrence.
Until the new device is installed, a sign will be posted to notify those using the door that they must ensure it is latched closed after use. 4. Door closure device will be installed
by April 1, 1981. Reply to Item b 1. The Auxiliary
