Fyfitch w as an employ ee at AREVA NP, Inc., a vendor that provided services at Davis-Besse, at times re levant to this procee ding, a nd hi s testi mony i s rele vant to the issue s rais ed by this enforcem ent ac tion. Mr.Fyfitch wa s identified as a person w ith relev ant information by Mr. M offitt in his ini tial discl osures and in hi s answers to written d iscovery questions.
