CY 2015 BASELINE INSPECTION COMPLETION

During calendar year 2015, Region IV completed the baseline inspection program at all regional reactor licensees subject to the Reactor Oversight Process (ROP). Attached is a table which provides the completion status of individual baseline procedures (IR Report 8a). Please note that this data includes only activities for which the region had responsibility; those portions of the baseline inspection program for which other Nuclear Regulatory Commission organizations are responsible are not included.

The Fort Calhoun Station was transitioned from the Inspection Manual Chapter (IMC) 0305 ROP to IMC 0350 oversight effective December 11, 2011. The station remained in IMC 0350 oversight until April 1, 2015. Inspection activities at Fort Calhoun Station during the first quarter of calendar year 2015 were managed by the IMC 0350 process; the minimum inspection requirements of the ROP did not apply until April 1.
