| Description | The inspectors identified a Green,non-cited violation of Technical Specification 5.4.1, Procedures, associated with the licensees failure to provide procedures appropriate to the circumstances. Specifically, station procedure INC-2085, Rework and Replacement of I&C Equipment, did not contain adequate instructions for wiring current to pressure (I/P) converters for safety related components which resulted in the steam generator atmospheric relief valve I/P converters being placed in a seismically unqualified configuration. This finding was entered into the licensees corrective action program as Condition Report CR-2017-011922. |
