O 13 condition reports have been written to Identify boric acid corrrosion of the containment air R coolers. The CRs are as follows: 02-01363, 02-01748. 02-02165. 02-02172. 02-02179, 02-02194.
02-02269. 02-02294. 02-02315, 02-02330, 02-02394. 02-02409,02-02414. This number of condition reports written against the same equipment caused by the same degradation mechanism G points to a significant issue. Thorofore, a significant condition report is warrented. A comprehensive N action plan is being developed to address the corrosion of the containment air coolers.
