September 26, 2005 Mr. Gene F. St. Pierre, Site Vice President c/o James M. Peschel Seabrook Station PO Box 300 Seabrook, NH 03874

SUBJECT:

SEABROOK STATION, UNIT NO. 1 - CORRECTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 104, MISCELLANEOUS CHANGES TO THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (TAC NO. MC1976)

Dear Mr. St. Pierre:

On July 18, 2005, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff issued the subject amendment in response to your application transmitted by letter dated February 4, 2004, as supplemented by letter dated March 16, 2005. The amendment revised various sections of the Seabrook Station, Unit No. 1 (Seabrook) Technical Specifications (TSs), including TS Section 6, Administrative Controls.

Subsequent to the issuance, your staff identified a number of errors in several of the amended TS pages. By letter dated September 19, 2005, the NRC issued a correction to Amendment No. 104 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-86 to rectify the errors. It should be noted that some of the TS pages were correct as originally issued; however, for convenience and clarity, a complete set was provided with the September 19, 2005, letter.

On September 22, 2005, your staff noted that their original list of incorrect pages omitted one erratum, contained on TS page 3/4 3-51. Therefore, the NRC is enclosing the correct TS page 3/4 3-51, containing a marginal line indicating the area of change. If you have additional questions, please contact me at (301) 415-1484.

Sincerely,

/RA/
