Draft Letter to Salem/Hope Creek re Work Environment Jim As we just discussed, here is the last draft of the subject letter. It incorporates only some editorial changes to the draft we sent to Frank Congel, Lisa Janmiel and others yesterday. Hub has spoken to Sam Collins to inform him that we were drafting such a letter. I also spoke to Usa late on Friday. RI DRP has also been working with Comie Holden in NRR, and John Jolicoeur, EDO. OI:RI (Ernie Wilson and Eileen Neff) and RI Public Affairs (Diane Screnci) were involved In the RI meeting Hub held with the pertinent RI staff yesterday to finalize the RI draft of the letter. Our DRP is also developing a communication plan.
Your comments ASAP are appreciated. We have not called it a chilling effect letter so I guess we don't need an EA number.
If anyone else has additional comments (either on this draft or on the draft sent yesterday) either mark it up and forward to me or call me with proposed changes.
