OF TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALL HELD ON JANUARY 22, 2008, BETWEEN THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION AND ENTERGY NUCLEAR OPERATIONS, INC., PERTAINING TO THE INDIAN POINT NUCLEAR GENERATING UNIT NOS. 2 AND 3, LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION - ENVIRONMENTAL RAIs The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the staff) and representatives of Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., (Entergy) held a telephone conference call on January 22, 2008, concerning the Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit Nos. 2 and 3, license renewal application-environmental review. Staff requested the call to clarify its understanding of the aquatic information provided in response to a request for additional information. During the call, all parties agreed that Entergy will provide clarifying information regarding the details of the sampling designs, formulae used to calculate summary data, and the total catch and total volume sampled within regions.
