MANAGEMENT CHANGE AT CONSTELLATION ENERGY Discussion:
On February 27, 2008, Constellation Energy (Constellation) announced that Mike Heffley, Senior Vice President and Chief Nuclear Officer (CNO) of Constellation Energy, will be retiring effective May 1. Constellation Energy expects to name a successor in the coming weeks.
Mr. Heffley served as CNO since joining Constellation Energy in 2004. Constellation Energys nuclear fleet consists of Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, and Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station.
