INTERIM 10 CFR PART 21 REPORT REGARDING A REACTOR COOLANT SYSTEM PIPE SPOOL FOR V. C. SUMMER UNIT 3 APIOOO PROJECT This letter provides an interim report in accordance with* 10 CFR 21.21 pertaining to one reactor coolant system pipe ~pool that is being supplied for V. C. Summer Unit 3 APlOOO project.
Based on information contained in a nonconfonnance & disposition (N&O) report, a weld on a weldolet fitting was found with lack of fusion on the root of the weld.
Evaluation for reportability in accordance with 10 CFR Part 21 is not able to be completed within the 60-day evaluation period. It is currently expected that the evaluation of this condition will be completed by August 17, 2017.
