Murley February 24, 1993 Dear Dr. Murleys Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, Section Vg Paragraph B, attached are copies of the Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leakage Rate Test (ILRT) Reports for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2. The Unit 1 ILRT was successfully completed on October 1, 1992. The Unit 2 ILRT was successfully completed on May 12, 1992. The tests were performed as specified in surveillance test procedure **1 EHP and 2 EHP 4030 STP.202 and in accordance with the requirements of American National Standard Institute (ANSI) N45.4-1972, ANSI/ANS 56.8-1987, Bechtel Corporation Topical Report BN-TOP-1, the Code of Federal Regulations, the plant FSAR, and Technical Specification 4.6.1.2. Please note that a copy of the Unit 2 ILRT was provided to the NRC Region III office on October 12, 1992.~
