Re: Turkey Point Units No. 3' 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Envi rormental (}vali fication of Electrical Equi pment In an effort to provide you with a thorouoh review of the proprietary information contained in the technical evaluation reports attached to your December 13, 1982 letter, we are investigating wnat the shortest time interval thlS review will take. We expect that 'this schedule will be finalized ana forwarded to you on or about February 28, 1983.
As we have identified verbally to your Mr.. D. McDonald, this review will necessitate contacting each vendor that has provided data in our orioinal submittal and have them provide certification of the proprietary nature of the information identified in your technical evaluation report.
Until this certification is obtained, we strongly urge that the information in the technical evaluation reports not be publicly disclosed for this disclosure would cause serious contractual difficulties between FPL and our vendors.
