.ON EVACUATION TIME ESTIMATES Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 2.730 (c), the Town of Seabrook, New Hampshire, designated as an interested municipality, motions for reconsideration of the ruling of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board with respect to its order rejecting Massachusetts'_ contention on evacuation time estimates.
It is set forth that the evacuation time estimates should include notifica-tion / preparation time.
