Dear Dr. Weiss:
Public Sersice Company of Colorado (PSC) and the Westinghouse team recently met with. the NRC on October 22, 1991, to discuss the NRC Request for Additional Information (RAI) on the Proposed Decommissioning Plan provided
'in the above referenced letter. As a result of the PSC/ Westinghouse presentations and discuss' ions to clarify.NRC RAI questions, it is necessary to schedule PSC's response to the NRC RAI beyond the submittal date of October
.30, 1991, as requested by the .NRC. PSC's response to the NRC RAI is now-scheduled to be submitted by the end of November 1991.
PSC regrets any inconvenience caused by this submittal schedule. Ilowever, the schedule -is necessary in--order- to incorporate information provided in the PSC/ Westinghouse presentation and to address NRC concerns expressed during the joint meeting.
