NIAGARA N0llAWK POWER CORPORATION NINE MILE POINT NUCLEAR STATION UNIT #1 NARRATIVE OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE The station operated during the month of March with a monthly unit availability factor of 51.8% and a net design electrical capacity factor of 41.3%.
The plant operated from March 1 to March 17 in a coastdown mode to 77.7% power. On March 17 the unit was removed from servic'e for a scheduled refueling and plant overhaul of approximately 8 weeks.
