Docket Nos. 50-413 and 50-414 g(

Dear Sirs:

During the course of the recent hearing a number of documents obtained in discovery by Palmetto Alliance _from Ap.plicants and the NRC Staff were identified and offered in evidence by Palmetto although some were not assigned exhibit numbers or submitted'for the record at that time. Leave was granted, without objection, for our later assignment of exhibit numbers and submission of these documents for the record. We make such assignments and' submissions at this time. .

On the attached listing of Palmetto and CESG Exhibits those numbered 152 and following are newly numbered. Palmetto Exhibit No. 146.(FOIA 84-722, NRC Region II " welder B" case file) is to be reproduced and transmitted by'the NRC Staff. This Exhibit was idnetified and offered at Tr. 13,792, and admitted as No. 146, with-out objection at Tr. 13,926. It is mis-indexed as " Table I" on the Index page of the transcript for Thursday, October 11, 1984.

I A Table I to Mr. Ferdon's July 16, 1984, Memo, entitled " Summary l of Reported PWR IGSCC Events" was, in fact, admitted as a part of

the Memo to which it was attached, Tr. 13,924, which was admitted as Staff Exhibit No. 30. Tr. 13,624.

! All of these documents have previously been circulated to the

[ Board and parties. A set of these Palmetto / CESG Exhibits (except No. 146) is enclosed for the convenience of the Chairman. By copy ,
