- The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the individual 3
examination results for your applicants on the initial
- examination conducted on October 21-24, 1996, by my staff at your 1 facility. This meets the intent of section R.1 of the Examiner Standards - (ES 501) in NUREG 1021. Five applicants were-i administered the examination. Two applicants passed the
- examination and three applicants failed the examination. This information is considered to be " proprietary" in accordance with l 10 CFR 2.790 and it supplements the information contained in the l related examination report for your facility which will be issued j shortly.
t j Enclosure 1 is the completed ES-501-2, Power Plant Licensing
{- Examination Results Summary, and is a summary of overall j examination results.
l Enclosure 2 contains the individual results ES-303-1 and 303-2,
! Operator License Examination Report, (NRC Form 157) for each
{ applicant. Contained therein are the deficiencies noted for each
! applicant. In accordance with your Systems Approach to Training (SAT) Program, we expect that you.will review these results and
- provide appropriate remedial training for these individuals 4 independent of their overall pass status. Each applicant has l authorized the release of this information to your facility by
- 4. signing Block 19A of NRC Form 398.
