Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 2 Under Contract No. NRC-26 92 267
Dear Ms. Hodge:
The subject contract expired on August 16,1995, and we are initiating closeout action.
However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under Task Order No. 2 of this contract for other immediate agency requirements. Therefore, enclosed for your review and execution are three (3) signed copies of the subject modification deobligating excess funds in the amount of $7,543.85. The deobligation amount does not include that part of the fixed fee not yet paid and still owed to you under the contract terms.
Please have an appropriate official sign all thrsa (3) copies and return two (2) copies to the address below within ten (10) days from the date of this letter. You should retain one (1) fully executed c:opy for your files.
