The referenced letter contained an enclosure which describes the VEGP design to implement the requirements of TMI Item II.F.2, Inadequate Core Cooling.

Figure III of the enclosure was in error; attached is a corrected copy of Figure III. The figure is presented in the VEGP FSAR as Figure 4A-3 and will be updated in Amendment 25.
