[External_Sender] Docket ID NRC-2018-0052: Public Comment Although the NRC and the BLM recommend proceeding with the Holtec project, I oppose transport to and storage of radioactive substances in southeast New Mexico. They should not be moved but rather stored in perpetuity at their current locations. Developing a safe storage method in situ should be paramount.
