Your letter of October 28, 1986, transmitted Revision No. 7 (Amended) to the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2, Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan. We have reviewed the information contained in the amended plan revision and have determined that the changes are consistent with the provision of 10 CFR 50.54(p), and are considered acceptable.
The enclosures to your letter are being withheld from public disclosure since they contain Safeguards Information and must be protected in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
