Ginna 1 By Order dated March 25, 2014, the NRC approved the request of Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, LLC (CENG) made on behalf of itself, its subsidiary, R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, , LLC, and Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC), for the direct transfer of operating authority for the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant from R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC to EGC. EGC remains an intermediate parent company and also is the co-licensee of R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC and the operator of R.E.
Ginna Nuclear Power Plant. EGC assumed direct licensed responsibility for the operation of the facility and the R.E. Ginna ISFSI, but the ownership of the facilities did not change (ADAMS Accession No. ML14063A211).
