This letter refers to an investigation conducted by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC),Office of Investigations (OI) to determine whether a contract pipefitter for the Day & ZimmermanNuclear Power Systems Company at the D.C. Cook Nuclear Plant was discriminated against for raising a safety concern. Based on the evidence developed during the investigation, we did notsubstantiate the allegation.
