Dear Mr. Pardee:
On November 6, 2007, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued integrated Inspection Report 05000461/2007004 (ML073100335) for your Clinton Power Station, Unit 1.
An inspection sample for verifying Radiation Safety Performance Indicators was inadvertently omitted in the original report. The enclosed errata contains the omitted inspection sample, and should be inserted as Page 19(a) where appropriate into integrated Inspection Report 05000461/2007004.
