Please remove the page nine from the Wolf Creek Generating Station - NRC Integrated Inspection Report 05000482/2012002 and replace it with the page enclosed with this letter. The purpose of this change is to add documentation for an inspection sample completed during the report period. - 9 - Enclosure b. Findings No findings were identified. 1R11 Licensed Operator Requalification Program and Performance (71111.11) .1 Quarterly Licensed Operator Requalification Program a. Inspection Scope On March 21, 2012, the inspectors simulator to verify that operator performance was adequate, evaluators were identifying and documenting crew performance problems; and training was being conducted in accordance with licensee procedures. The inspectors evaluated the following areas: Licensed operator performance annunciator alarms Control board manipulations Oversight and direction from supervisors actions and emergency plan actions and notifications These activities constitute completion of one quarterly licensed-operator requalification program sample as defined in Inspection Procedure 71111.11. b. Findings No findings were identified. .2 Quarterly Observation of Licensed Operator Performance The inspectors observed the response to the January 13, 2012 loss of offsite power event. The details of this inspection can be found in section 4OA3.3 of this report. These activities constitute completion of one quarterly licensed-operator performance program sample as defined in Inspection Procedure 71111.11. 1R13 Maintenance Risk Assessments and Emergent Work Control (71111.13) a.
