B-54 AMENDMENT NO. 9 Effective [licensee signed date], Indemnity Agreement No. B-54, between Florida Power Corporation, City of Alachua, City of Bushnell, City of Gainesville,City of Kissimmee, City of Leesburg, City of New Smyrna Beach and Utilities Commission, City of Ocala, Orlando Utilities Commission and City of Orlando, Sebring Utilities Commission, Seminole Electric Cooperative, Inc., City of Tallahassee, and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated June 20, 1973, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
The names "Seminole Electric Cooperative, Inc." and "Duke Energy Florida, Inc." are deleted wherever they appear in the agreement and substituted in lieu thereof by the name:
Item 1 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is modified by deleting the names Seminole Electric Cooperative, Inc." and "Duke Energy Florida, Inc.," wherever they appear in the agreement and substituted in lieu thereof by the name:
Item 1 - Licensee Duke Energy Florida, LLC.
Address 15760 W. Power Line Street Crystal River, FL 34428 In light of the above amendments, Indemnity Agreement No. B-54 is between Duke Energy Florida, LLC and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
