Code Case N-532-5 is used as an alternative to the requirements of ASME Section XI, Article IWA-6000, as listed in Regulatory Guide 1.147, "lnservice Inspection Code Case Acceptability, ASME Section XI, Division 1 ,"Revision 18, and approved in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55a(b)(5).
There are no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this submittal.

Box 56, Avila Beach, CA 93424 Page 1 of 5 INTRODUCTION lnservice inspection (lSI) of scheduled ASME Section XI components and their supports at Pacific Gas and Electric Company's Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP) Unit 2 was completed during the twentieth refueling outage (2R20) from February 2018 through March 2018. 2R20 was the first outage in the first period within the fourth 1 0-year lSI interval.
This Owner's Activity Report, OAR-1, complies with the provisions of Code Case N-532-5 as approved by Regulatory Guide 1.147, Revision 18. The OAR-1 Report covers any mid cycle work completed after June 14, 2016 and any applicable 2R20 work completed prior to and including April 22, 2018.
