The subject report is transmitted in fulfillment of the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Second 10-Year Interval Inservice Inspection (ISI)
Program Plan, Revision 0, review as identified in the referenced 189. This work is being conducted under the technical direction of Mr. Bernard Turovlin of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Mechanical Engineering Secticn i
of the Division of BWR Licensing.
This report documents our review of the Second 10-Year Interval ISI Program Plan, Revision 0, for James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant, as submitted by the New York Power Authority, and concludes that the Program, with the exception of Relief Requests R5A, R7, and RIO, is in accordance with the established Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements.
This completes the work under NRC TAC No. 60173.
