PROPOSED MODIFICATION N0. SEVEN TO CONTRACT N0.

NRC-10-79-387 BIDDER ELSTER, MENDELSON AND WHEELER, INC.

Modification No. 6 to the subject contract added a requirement for the establishment of a career counseling program in each of NRC's five regional offices, for a total cost of $8677.67. No provision was in-cluded for partial payment to the contractor.

The proposed Modification No. 7 provides a means of reimbursement to the contractor upon satis-factory completion of three specific tasks and submission of a status l

report to the Project Officer. Additionally, since parties recognize the existence of potential completion delays, the contract performance period will be extended to January 31, 1982.
