Enclosed you will find a copy of the lnitial License Examination for the planned July.2016 Examination at Donald C. Coó Nuclear Plant (CNP). Also enclosed is the proposed examination (RO) schedule based on 3 Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) (U), 6 SRO (l), and 7 Reactor Operator candidates. The examination is being prepared in accordance with NUREG 1021, Revision 10.

A complete electronic copy of documents without initials or signatures or other handwritten notations for the Public Document Room (ADAMS) has also been provided. This contains the full outline (previously submitted) and electronic PDF versions of the RO and SRO examinations that are to be administered.

None of these materials are to go to the Public Document Room (ADAMS) until after the examination has been completed.
