REFERRING THE JONES RIVER WATERSHED ASSOCIATION MOTION TO REOPEN, REQUEST FOR HEARING AND REQUEST TO FILE A NEW CONTENTION, IN THE PILGRIM NUCLEAR POWER STATION, DOCKET NO. 50-293-LR PROCEEDING On May 2, 2012, the Jones River Watershed Association and Pilgrim Watch filed a Motion to reopen the record, file a new contention, and request for hearing on violations of the Endangered Species Act in the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, Docket 50-293-LR proceeding.
