February 7, 2014 MEMORANDUM TO THE PARTIES IN: NEXTERA ENERGY SEABROOK LLC (Seabrook Station, Unit 1)

Docket No. 50-443-LR

This notice is to provide notice that Commissioner William D. Magwood, IV will tour Seabrook Station, Unit 1 on Friday, February 14, 2014. The purpose of the Commissioner's visit is to obtain a general familiarity with the facility. The Commissioner will not engage in any substantive discussion during the site visit about any of the issues related to the ongoing adjudicatory proceeding on the renewal of the facility's operating license. If any stakeholder has any questions regarding this visit, please call Margaret Bupp at 301-415-8430.
