[External_Sender] August 3, 2016 RAIs for RINSC Date: Friday, September 09, 2016 1:08:17 PM Good afternoon.

We are not able to provide these responses within 30 days of the date of the letter.

We do have draft answers in hand but the RAIs require a complete renumbering of our RAIs which is

very time consuming.

We also have a NRC inspection the week of 9/12/2016 so will not be

able to dedicate any time to this effort that week.

With that in mind, we request an extension

to 10/31/2016.

This will account for any other issues that might pop up in our schedule so that

there would be no need to request any additional extensions.
