Dear Mr. Limpias:
Thank you for your letter dated May 24, 2013, which described a revision of a commitment made in reference to our Notice of Violation issued on November 9, 2012. We have reviewed your response and find that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
No additional written response is required from you at this time. We will review your corrective actions during ROP baseline inspections. Please feel free to contact me should you have any additional questions regarding this matter.
