I. SECY-14-0033 - FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT CO. (ST. LUCIE PLANT, UNIT 2),  DOCKET NO. 50-389, MOTION TO STAY RESTART PENDING CONCLUSION OF HEARING REGARDING DE FACTO AMENDMENT OF OPERATING LICENSE (MARCH 10, 2014)
The Commission 1 approved a Memorandum and Order responding to a motion filed by Southern Alliance for Clean Energy requesting stay of restart by Florida Power & Light (FPL) of St. Lucie Unit 2 and requesting a hearing. The Memorandum and Order denies the motion requesting stay of restart of St. Lucie Unit 2 and sets a briefing schedule for the hearing request. 
(Subsequently, on April 1, 2014, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
cc: Chairman Macfarlane Commissioner Svinicki  Commissioner Apostolakis  Commissioner Magwood Commissioner Ostendorff EDO OGC CFO  OCAA  OCA OIG OPA Office Directors, Regions, ACRS, ASLBP (via E-Mail)  PDR 1 Section 201 of the Energy Reorganization Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 5841, provides that action of the Commission shall be determined by a Amajority vote of the members present.
