In accordance with paragraph F of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's September 4, 2009 Protective Order, the State of New York today serves copies of Nondisclosure Agreements and Acknowledgments for Lisa Burianek and Alan Belensz dated April 3, 2015 with a Certificate of Service via the public portal of the NRC's Electronic Information Exchange (EIE) in the above-referenced proceeding. The State previously consulted with counsel for Entergy about the State's request, and Entergy did not object. In addition, I am cautiously hopeful that the difficulty this Office previously encountered with the EIE system has been resolved. It appears that the IBM signature Lotus Form Server 8.0.1.0 "plug in" application used by the EIE has somehow become incompatible with this Office's operating system and protocol. The State notes this issue in case other participants here or in other proceedings are encountering electronic filing difficulties. Respectfully submitted,  Signed (electronically) by John J. Dear Administrative Judges:

In accordance with paragraph F of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's September 4, 2009 Protective Order, the State of New York today serves copies of Nondisclosure Agreement s and Acknowledgments for Lisa Burianek and Alan Belensz dated April 3, 2015 with a Certificate of Service via the public portal of the NRC's Electronic Information Exchange (EIE) in the above

-referenced proceeding. The State previously consulted with counsel for Entergy about the State's request, and Entergy did not object.

In addition, I am cautiously hopeful that the difficulty this Office previously encountered with the EIE system has been resolved. It appears that the IBM signature Lotus Form Server 8.0.1.0 "plug in" application used by the EIE has somehow bec ome incompatible with this Office's operating system and protocol. The State notes this issue in case other participants here or in other proceedings are encountering electronic filing difficulties.
