By letter dated December 19, 2014, as supplemented on February 26, 2015, ZionSolutions, LLC requested an amendment to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-39 and DPR-48, for Zion Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2, to add License Condition 2.C.(17) that approves the License Termination Plan (LTP) and adds a license condition that establishes the criteria for determining when changes to the LTP require prior NRC approval.
