SUBJECT: COOPER NUCLEAR STATION - NRC INSPECTION REPORT 05000298/2015406

Dear Mr. Limpias:

On April 17, 2015, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a security inspection at the Cooper Nuclear Station, and the NRC inspectors discussed the results of this inspection with Mr. Rod Penfield, Director of Nuclear Safety Assurance, and other members of your staff. The inspectors documented the results of this inspection in the enclosed inspection

report. There were no findings identified during this inspection.

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390, "Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding," of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).

However, the material enclosed herewith contains Security-Related Information in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals could present a security vulnerability.
