))  Docket No. 50-271-LA-3  ORDER The Atomic Safety and Licensing Board recently issued LBP-15-24, in which it granted the hearing request of the State of Vermont in this license amendment matter. Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. have moved the Board to withdraw the license amendment application.1  At the same time, Entergy filed an unopposed motion to extend the time to appeal LBP-15-24 until ten days after the Board's ruling on its motion to withdraw.2  Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(b), Entergy's extension request is granted. Any party may appeal LBP-15-24 within ten days after the Board's ruling on Entergy's motion to withdraw.
