This letter refers to the public meeting conducted on October 18, 2004, in Two Creeks, Wisconsin. At the meeting, NMC officials stated that progress had been made on meeting the CAL commitments but that challenges exist. Your staff stated that 101 of the 143 CAL Action Plan items were complete and that Point Beachs culture is changing as evidenced by more engagement of the ACEMAN and other human performance tools, the length of time without a Station Clock Reset, displays of stronger questioning attitudes, and examples of increased staff ownership of issues. Your staff provided a detailed overview of results, progress, and challenges within your nine focus areas, which are:
