REVIEW OF OPERATOR REQUALIFICATION AND RECERTIFICATION TRAINING PROGRAM PLAN FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA TRAINING REACTOR I have reviewed the revised University of Florida Training Reactor Operator Requalification and Recertification Program Plan dated June 1, 2007.
