Jonathan, My insert for Section 2.3 of the VY license renewal SER follows. Note that this insert should follow the 3 systems listed according to the wording "The systems identified for inspection include:" at the end of the preceding paragraph.

Insert:

As a result of the regional inspection and other staff inquiry, the applicant issued Ietters to the NRC dated July 3, 2007, July 30, 2007, and August 16, 2007. These letters provided supplementary information that addressed resolution of the issues identified during the inspection. Refer to Sections 2.3.3.13A,. 2.3.3.13E, and 2.3.3.13M of this SER for additional discussion.
