: George, Thanks for the additional info regarding the Palo Verde 50.72 submittal stating they were overpower also.     That brought to mind something else that I heard at my training last   week. Either the Fort Calhoun, Mc Guire, or Grand Gulf folks mentioned that they had heard that Caldon's system was "having some problems" too.

Without knowing the details   it appears that this   50.72 from Palo Verde substantiates that. I hope removes doubts from anyone's mind at HQ that a bulletin is necessary on the issue.
