LOCATION:                 Two White Flint North Room T-2 B1 (ACRS Conference Room) 11545 Rockville Pike Rockville, Maryland 2085 PURPOSE:                 The licensee requested this meeting to provide an overview to NRC reviewers of the March 31, 2008, license amendment request (LAR) regarding extended power uprate, in particular, to clarify that the requested amendment is for 1,870 MWt, instead of the 2,004 MWt at which most of the analyses were performed. The following issues will be discussed: (1) overall uprate plan; (2) Monticello licensing basis and format of the LAR; (3) EPU items of interest; and (4) demonstration of using the CD containing the LAR.
