Enclosure 1 provides a listing of participants of the conference call.

In response to the staffs questions, NSP agreed to provide the following items: fish impingement summary data from the PINGP Annual Environmental Reports 1974-1985 and the Proposal for Information Collection, submitted under the Clean Water Act 316(b) regulations to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. These items were submitted by NSP as a supplement to Appendix E of the license renewal application (the environmental report) by letter dated December 15, 2008.
In response to the staffs questions, NSP agreed to provide the following items: fish impingement summary data from the PINGP Annual Environmental Reports 1974-1985 and the Proposal for Information Collection, submitted under the Clean Water Act 316(b) regulations to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
