"Revision 5 to the Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan and Security and Contingency Plan" dated February 6, 2009.

Revision 5 to the PPL Susquehanna, LLC (Susquehanna Steam Electric Station) Physical Security Plan was submitted in Reference 1. As a supplement to the plan itself, attached are descriptions of the changes that are contained in Revision 5.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), PPL Susquehanna, LLC has determined that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and may therefore be made without prior NRC approval.
